Natalie Hughes
Natalie leads the organization's mission to build stronger, sustainable more connected communities through the sport of pickleball. She oversees strategic partnerships, fundraising, program development, and international outreach, working with local leaders to establish sustainable pickleball programs in underserved communities around the world. Her passion is creating opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to connect, belong, and thrive—one paddle at a time.
Liaison/Teacher/Translator
Susy ayala de Ahlberg
Susy is part of our compass, always helping keep us focused and pointed in the right direction. She is passionate about her community, pickleball, connecting people and sharing resources.
Community Manager/Motivator
mynor enrique
General Manager of Club Antigueno in Antigua, Guatemala for more than 10 years, Mynor sets the bar for creating inroads. The tennis ball boys have all learned the sport and accompany Mynor to teach at the local schools. Mynor is responsible for overseeing the majority of the momentum in Antigua.

Monica perez
Monica is the founder and leader of Pedagogia en Movimiento, a program in Guatemala City created by Monica, aimed at motivating people to move! Follow along!
The Muscle, Cheerleader, and First Aid Kit
Leslie eisenhart
​Leslie has been on more than half of the trips carrying the equipment and teaching alongside Natalie. Leslie's professional background in Hotel Management and as the Operations Coordinator for an Engineering Consulting firm helps keep us organized.
